You will receive a student number. If you have not submitted the required documents, you will be requested to do so in order to finalise your application.<br \/>\n<strong>Step 3: <\/strong>You are conditionally admitted once you meet all the admission requirements.<br \/>\n<strong>Step 4:<\/strong> If you have applied for campus residence, you will now receive correspondence from <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/residences\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Housing and Residence Affairs<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>Step 5: <\/strong>If you are accepted when the final Grade 12 results become available,\u00a0in January\u00a02026,\u00a0you will receive a letter of acceptance.<br \/>\n<strong>Step 6: <\/strong>You have to make prepayments five (5) days prior to registration in January 2026. If an applicant did not pass the NSC with admission to Bachelor\u2019s studies or the Senior Certificate (SC) with endorsement, he\/she will have to apply for conditional exemption with USAf at <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/kovsielife\/unlisted-pages\/study\/mb.usaf.ac.za\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">mb.usaf.ac.za<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; If an applicant wrote any other exam than the NSC, IEB or SC, he\/she should apply for conditional exemption with USAf at <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/kovsielife\/unlisted-pages\/study\/mb.usaf.ac.za\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">mb.usaf.ac.za<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211;
