These competencies include the understanding of Environmental law, Constitutional, Administrative and Criminal Law, as well as the effects the different business entity types have on the application of these laws..<br>&nbsp;Target group<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Government Officials and the Regulated Community<br>&nbsp;Admission requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senior Certificate or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification.
