The bursary schemes&nbsp;cover university\/tuition fees to a maximum total amount of&nbsp;R25 000&nbsp;per student for the duration of the studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Tim Mills Memorial Bursary<\/strong>&nbsp;for LLM students was founded in 2013, in memory of Tim Mills, who was a former director of Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr. This bursary is awarded to applicants who wish to pursue an&nbsp;<strong>LLM degree<\/strong>&nbsp;at a South African university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bursary holders will be required to provide updated and complete academic progress reports, attend one of the&nbsp;Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr vacation programmes and agree to a right of first refusal with regard to articles of clerkship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bursary Requirements and Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Bursary:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa<\/li><li>Enrolled as a full-time student for an LLB degree at a South African university (at undergraduate or postgraduate level)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tim Mills Memorial Bursary:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa<\/li><li>Completion of an LLB degree at a South Africa University<\/li><li>Registered students for LLM studies at a South African University<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply and Application Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Bursary Application Process:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications must be done online by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/leap.ly\/organizations\/51\">clicking here<\/a>.
