He is a Professor in the Department of Interdisciplinary Research and Postgraduate Studies at Unisa.<\/p>\n<p>His area of specialisation is Information Science and his research interests are indigenous knowledge systems, knowledge management, records management, e-government, the preservation of access to information, and research methodology.<\/p>\n<p>Ngulube has served in various portfolios within the East and Southern Africa Regional Branch of the International Council on Archives (ESARBICA).
