The contact centre\u2019s vision is to become a centre of excellence by being accessible, transparent and reliable to all our stakeholders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"page-wrap\">This relates to the goal of delivering the best possible experience to each business customer. We continuously aim to improve positive word-of-mouth conversation amongst our students. Student satisfaction ratings are among the specific metrics used to evaluate the performance of the NSFAS call centre staff.
