2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Internship<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Location:<\/strong>&nbsp;Kathu, Northern Cape<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking graduates who can bring new ideas and fresh approaches to help us in our quest: to discover ever safer, cleaner and more responsible ways of working that focus on the health and well-being of our colleagues and the people in the communities where we work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer exciting opportunities to graduates who want to have a smarter future within mining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will initially join a two-year Graduate Development Program with the chance to make a difference in real projects and the opportunity to work across open cut or underground mining, putting you on the fast track towards a successful career in the mining industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hospitality Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Grade 12 and interest in Hospitality Management<\/li><li>All applications must strictly come from Amandelbult mine host communities.<\/li><li>Applications from outside the boundaries of Amandelbult complex host communities will not be considered.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ventilation Engineering Graduate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have completed a degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in Mining Engineering within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2026.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Industrial Engineering Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have completed a 4-year Industrial Engineering degree or currently completing 4th year which must be due to complete the study by January 2026.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safety Graduate \/ Intern<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have completed any Technical degree in mining disciplines (BSc Eng\/BEng)\/currently completing 4th year within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2026.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Civil Engineering Graduate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have completed a 4 year Civil engineering degree or currently completing 4th year which must be due to complete the study by January 2026.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GeoTechnical Engineering \/&nbsp;Hydrogeology&nbsp;Graduate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have completed a degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in GeoTechnical Engineering or Hydrogeology within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2026.<\/li><li>Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projects&nbsp;Graduate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have completed a degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in Construction Management within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2026.<\/li><li>Have no more than two years of
