Studies<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MORE ABOUT THE BURSARY PROGRAMME \u2013 COVERAGE VALUE &amp; SELECTION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bursaries will provide cover for the following expenses: tuition fees, prescribed textbooks, accommodation and meals or stipends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bursary recipients will be required to serve the provincial department as part of the bursary service obligation (for the equal amount of time of funding received).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only successful applicants will be contacted \u2013 if you do not receive any feedback within 4 months of the application deadline, please regard your application as unsuccessful.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>South African citizen<\/li><li>Completed Matric<\/li><li>Between the ages of 18 and 35 years<\/li><li>From Kwazulu-Natal province<\/li><li>Studying OR intend on studying full-time within one of the aforementioned fields of study<\/li><li>Studying OR provisionally accepted to study at a recognised public tertiary institution<\/li><li>Students with disabilities are encouraged to apply<\/li><li>*Preference will be given to students studying at institutions within
