This should be a person with credibility and not a friend or relative of the writer.<\/p>\n<p>The responsibilities of the test proctor\/invigilator are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a receiver for mailed tests and not receive the tests directly from the writer\/student;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain test security and confidentiality, and invigilate the test in a quiet environment;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the writer does not use any texts, notes or outside help;<\/li>\n<li>Personally mail the original written script(s) to the NBT Project<\/li>\n<li>Not photocopy or reproduce the tests or the student\u2019s answers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Send an email to the NBT mailbox (<a href=\"mailto:nbtremote@uct.ac.za\">nbtremote@uct.ac.za<\/a>) stating your request.<\/p>\n<p>A response email will be sent within 2 days with the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A cover letter<\/li>\n<li>A concession form requiring the applicant, proctor and test site details.<\/li>\n<li>A \u201cConfidentiality and Non-disclosure agreement\u201d to be completed by the Proctor.<\/li>\n<li>An \u201cInvigilator Responsibilities and Agreement form\u201d to be completed by the Proctor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> On application approval, confirmation letters will be sent to the applicant and the Proctor. The applicant confirmation letter has the payment details and collection\/delivery address for the couriers.
