Proceed to the: <a href=\"https:\/\/cjc.edu.za\/compulsory-for-new-students\/\">Compulsory Pre-Screening Placement Screening<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You must have a valid email address. Please create an email address, if you don\u2019t have one. We will correspond and reply to your email address during the application process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scan and upload of documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During the application process you will be requested to upload copies of the following documents:<br>\u2022 A certified copy of your ID<br>\u2022 Proof of Residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foreign students:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Certified copies of passport<br>\u2022 SAQA approved foreign qualification<br>\u2022 Proof of medical insurance or cover<br>\u2022 Valid study permitNote:Please scan all of the above documents on a memory stick or your computer before you start with the application process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/cjcapp.cjc.edu.za:7771\/pls\/cjcp\/w99pkg.mi_login\">Click here to start.<\/a><\/li><li>Click on \u201cStudent\u201d<\/li><li>Key in your \u201cStudent Number\u201d<\/li><li>Key in your 5 number pin that you created previously<\/li><li>Click on \u201cLogin\u201d<\/li><li>On the left of the screen there will be Student iEnabler tab and underneath there will be sub systems. You need to click on the \u201cAcademic Registration\u201d<\/li><li>Click on \u201cRules and Regulations\u201d. Read the Registration Rules and<\/li><li>Click on \u201cI Accept\u201d on the Right side of the screen.<\/li><li>Click on: \u201cSubmit Registration\u201d<\/li><li>Make sure that the Qualification that you Applied for and confirmed with the campus is displayed on the screen. (If it is not the correct Qualification, please rectify with the Campus administration before you continue)<\/li><li>Complete the \u201cEmployment Status\u201d<\/li><li>Click on \u201cSave and Continue\u201d<\/li><li>On the next screen, all Subjects for the Qualification is automatically selected.&nbsp;Click on \u201cSave and Continue\u201d<\/li><li>The following will appear on the next page: List of subjects you are registered for, Mode of Study, Academic Period &amp; Attendance Type.&nbsp;Should the subjects not be correct you need to see the data capturer at the campus.<\/li><li>Click on: \u201cContinue\u201d<\/li><li>On the next&nbsp;page you can view the Registration Cost. You have an option to \u201cRestart the Process\u201d or \u201cPrint the Cost Details\u201d before you Accept the Registration.<\/li><li>Lastly click on: \u201cAccept Registration\u201d<\/li><li>Your registration is now complete<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who experience problems with Online registration due to internet access, can complete their registration process at the different campuses.
