These candidates may have:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grade 10 with e.g.<\/li>\n<li>Home Based Care Certificate by a recognised SETA<\/li>\n<li>Ancillary Health Care by a recognised SETA and exposure to nursing as a ward aid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ludumo Nursing School Admission Procedure<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Application is received six months before commencement of programme. Application forms should be returned with:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 certified copies of identity document<\/li>\n<li>2 certified copies of Grade 12 certificate<\/li>\n<li>Certified copy of a testimonial from School or Minister of Religion.<\/li>\n<li>1 passport size photo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N.B. Grade 12 Certificate will be sent to Umalusi for verification.
