You will receive a student number. If you have not submitted the required documents, you will be requested to do so in order to finalise your application.<br><strong>Step 3:&nbsp;<\/strong>You are conditionally admitted once you meet all the admission requirements.<br><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;If you have applied for campus residence, you will now receive correspondence from&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/residences\">Housing and Residence Affairs<\/a>.<br><strong>Step 5:&nbsp;<\/strong>If you are accepted when the final Grade 12 results become available,&nbsp;in January&nbsp;2026,&nbsp;you will receive a letter of acceptance.<br><strong>Step 6:&nbsp;<\/strong>You have to make prepayments five (5) days prior to registration in January 2026. Use your student number as the reference number.<br><strong>Step 7:<\/strong>&nbsp;Register during January 2026.<br><strong>Step 8:&nbsp;<\/strong>Get your study material and timetable after registered students<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/docs\/librariesprovider31\/application-forms-documents\/dv2-form-june-2014-341-eng.pdf?sfvrsn=0\"><strong>DV2 Form<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;(Application to change an incomplete qualification (degree\/diploma\/certificate) and or campus of studies by a registered student.)<\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/docs\/librariesprovider31\/application-forms-documents\/dv3-form-june-2014-491-eng.pdf?sfvrsn=0\">DV3 Form<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>(Application form for registered students in their final year who wish to apply for a new qualification on completion of the qualification (degree\/diploma\/certificate) they are currently registered for.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Together with the AP and language requirements as indicated in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/docs\/librariesprovider31\/prospective-students-documents\/2026-prospektus.pdf?sfvrsn=0\">2026 Prospectus<\/a>, you need the following:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 If an applicant did not pass the NSC with admission to Bachelor\u2019s studies or the Senior Certificate (SC) with endorsement, he\/she will have to apply for conditional exemption with USAf at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/kovsielife\/unlisted-pages\/study\/mb.usaf.ac.za\">mb.usaf.ac.za<\/a><br>\u2013 If an applicant wrote any other exam than the NSC, IEB or SC, he\/she should apply for conditional exemption with USAf at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufs.ac.za\/kovsielife\/unlisted-pages\/study\/mb.usaf.ac.za\">mb.usaf.ac.za<\/a><br>\u2013 If an applicant completed a post-secondary
