Enforcement action may be taken against employers who fail to pay by the 14th of the following month (or the next working day if the 14th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday)<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Submit CPS<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can make back payments into your employees\u2019 CPF accounts through CPF e-Submit@web or Provident and Tax (PAT).<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A) Via CPF e-Submit@web<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to our&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www2.cpf.gov.sg\/ert\/dsa\/spcpSelection.action\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CPF e-Submit<\/a>&nbsp;by selecting either CorpPass or SingPass, and key in your CPF Submission Number (CSN).<\/li><li>In the main menu page, select Submit Contribution&gt; CPF e-Submit@web.<\/li><li>Key in the Month and Year.<\/li><li>Select Submit via Blank Form (No auto-computation of CPF).<\/li><li>Enter the contribution details for the affected employee.<\/li><li>After completing all of the contribution details and the summary portion, click on Continue.<\/li><li>Confirm submission by clicking on your pre-arranged payment mode with the Board. (\u201cDirect Debit\u201d or \u201cE-Payment\u201d)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B) Via PAT<\/strong>&nbsp;You can also make shortfall payment and back-dated CPF Payment Advice submission for the last five years and the current year of CPF contribution through the PAT system.&nbsp;Please view the&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pat.com.sg\/govt\/cpf\/html\/forms\/Short_Pay_PA_Creation.pdf\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">user guide<\/a>&nbsp;(PDF, 2.0 MB) on submitting CPF contributions using PAT.
