They help to ensure that education shall be accessible to all especially to underprivileged and deserving students and help them to finish their college education.<\/p><div class=\"forms-atf\" style=\"margin-top: 15px;margin-bottom: 20px;\" id=\"forms-1891932482\"><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-9198760278752355\"\n     crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\n<!-- Responsive ads atf -->\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\n     style=\"display:block\"\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-9198760278752355\"\n     data-ad-slot=\"8381596201\"\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"\n     data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who may Apply<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0CHED Scholarship\u00a0Programs (CSPs) is open to all Filipino citizens who are graduating high school students or high school graduate whose General Weighted Average (GWA) is 90% above or its equivalent. Their families must have a combined annual gross income of not more than Php 400,000.00. If the student applicant is accepted as a CHED scholar, he or she must enroll in any of the priority courses identified by CHED.<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply Online<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Student applicants can now apply online and there is no need to go to the CHED Regional Offices anymore. To apply online, an applicant must determine first what region his\/her school belongs to. Click on the link of the corresponding CHED Regional Office (CHEDRO) then follow the regional instructions.
