This is thanks to the PRC Resolution No. 1255<a href=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/prc-online-registration\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-18311\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>&nbsp;which provides the guidelines for online oathtaking application and the conduct of virtual special oathtaking ceremony during a public health emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effective August 3, 2020, the following is the complete step-by-step guide in applying for and participating in the virtual\/online oathtaking ceremony:<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Go to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/online.prc.gov.ph\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PRC LERIS website<\/a>.<\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prc-oath-taking-1.jpg?ezimgfmt=rs:784x427\/rscb40\/ng:webp\/ngcb40\" alt=\"prc oath taking 1\" class=\"wp-image-27649\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Log in to your existing account.<\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prc-oath-taking-2.jpg?ezimgfmt=rs:784x455\/rscb40\/ng:webp\/ngcb40\" alt=\"prc oath taking 2\" class=\"wp-image-27650\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should use the same email address and password you created\u00a0the first time you applied for your licensure exam. In case you\u2019ve lost or forgotten your password, send a password reset request to\u00a0prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Select \u201cE-Oath\u201d as Transaction.<\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prc-oath-taking-3.jpg?ezimgfmt=rs:784x492\/rscb40\/ng:webp\/ngcb40\" alt=\"prc oath taking 3\" class=\"wp-image-27651\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click \u201cSelect Transaction\u201d and then select \u201cE-Oath\u201d from among the available tabs. On the pop-up box that will show up, select your profession from the drop-down list provided. Then, enter your Application Number as indicated in your Notice of Admission or NOA (in case you\u2019ve lost your NOA, here are ways to ask for assistance in recovering it).<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take note that the system has an automatic verification so only those who passed their respective licensure examinations and have valid application numbers can proceed with the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, click \u201cPROCEED\u201d to be redirected to the appointment module.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Secure an online appointment schedule.<\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prc-oath-taking-4.jpg?ezimgfmt=rs:784x473\/rscb40\/ng:webp\/ngcb40\" alt=\"prc oath taking 4\" class=\"wp-image-27652\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the appointment module, select your preferred PRC Regional Office. Click \u201cNEXT\u201d and the system will automatically display the earliest available date for online oathtaking (see the screenshot above).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Confirm and submit application.<\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prc-oath-taking-5.jpg?ezimgfmt=rs:784x486\/rscb40\/ng:webp\/ngcb40\" alt=\"prc oath taking 5\" class=\"wp-image-27653\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After reading the guidelines for the virtual oathtaking, click \u201cSUBMIT APPLICATION\u201d to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Wait for the confirmation message to show up.<\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prc-oath-taking-6.jpg?ezimgfmt=rs:784x470\/rscb40\/ng:webp\/ngcb40\" alt=\"prc oath taking 6\" class=\"wp-image-27654\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This confirmation message will contain a reference number and a summary of your transaction. Click the \u201cCLICK TO GO BACK\u201d button to redirect to your \u201cExisting Transaction\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Print your \u201cOath of Professional\u201d form.<\/h3>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/filipiknow.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/prc-oath-taking-7.jpg?ezimgfmt=rs:784x544\/rscb40\/ng:webp\/ngcb40\" alt=\"prc oath taking 7\" class=\"wp-image-27655\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inside \u201cExisting Transaction\u201d, you\u2019ll find the details of your current transaction, including a \u201cPRINT DOCUMENT\u201d button that you should click to print your oath form.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Wait for the confirmation email from the PRC.<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This confirmation email contains the invitation link and password to the video conference (via Microsoft Teams or Zoom). You should expect to receive it in your registered email address 1-3 days before the scheduled virtual or online oathtaking.In case you fail to receive an invitation link a day before the scheduled oath date, please send a technical assistance request to&nbsp;technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Make the necessary technical preparation.<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The video conferencing platform that will be used for the virtual oathtaking may vary depending on your profession. Be on the lookout for the official announcement from the PRC to know whether you\u2019ll use Microsoft Teams or Zoom.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you\u2019ve confirmed the platform to be used, download the application in your computer\/device and familiarize yourself with its operation features before the scheduled oathtaking ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensure that you also have a decent webcam, microphone, and setup area with a stable Internet connection. The setup area where you\u2019ll perform the oathtaking ceremony must have little to no distraction or background noise in order to keep the solemnity of the virtual event.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Follow pre-ceremony protocols.<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In preparation for the online oathtaking ceremony, make sure to remember the following:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wear formal or business attire.<\/li><li>Use a white backdrop (physical or virtual) throughout the ceremony.<\/li><li>Open the invitation link sent to your email address and be inside the meeting no later than 15 minutes before the start of the online oathtaking. For example, if your oathtaking is scheduled at 10:00 AM, then the screening time or waiting period is only from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM. Late attendees will not be admitted.<\/li><li>Only use one device and never share the link details with any unauthorized person. Inductees that will be caught using multiple names or whose names will appear more than once in the list of participants will be presumed to have shared the link details with an unauthorized person\/s, a clear violation of the rules that automatically disqualifies the inductee from participating in the online oathtaking. The violating inductee may no longer be readmitted but can still get another appointment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Take your oath.<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The oathtaking ceremony will be conducted in the following sequence:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Invocation<\/li><li>National Anthem<\/li><li>Welcome Remarks<\/li><li>Roll Call of the Inductees<\/li><li>Recital of the Professional\u2019s Oath<\/li><li>Closing Remarks<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants must observe proper decorum throughout the event. You\u2019re not allowed to step out of the video conference, shout, take calls, or do anything distracting which includes showing another object or person.
