you a better idea on just how much will be deducted from your salary, here are a couple of sample computations:<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Sample computation for an employee with Php 3,000 monthly basic salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Employee\u2019s share: Php 3,000 x 0.02 = Php 60<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Employer\u2019s share: Php 3,000 x 0.02 = Php 60<\/p>\n\n\n<p><em>Total Pag-IBIG monthly contribution: P120<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Sample computation for a self-employed individual with Php 10,000 monthly basic salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Maximum deductible amount for Pag-IBIG: P5,000<\/p>\n\n\n<p>P5,000 x 0.02 = P100<\/p>\n\n\n<p><em>Total Pag-IBIG contribution: P100<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Regardless of how much your salary is, the maximum income Pag-IBIG will consider for mandatory deductions will always be P5,000.
