This is a unique set of numbers that is only valid for one payment transaction so you need to<strong>\u00a0obtain a new one every time you pay your contribution.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li>Open your GCash app. Select the \u2018Pay Bills\u2019 option.<\/li><li>From the list of bills payment categories, select \u2018Government\u2019.<\/li><li>From the list of Government agencies, select \u2018SSS-PRN\u2019.<\/li><li>Fill out the online transaction form and provide the following details: Account Type, Payment Reference Number, Amount, and your email address.<\/li><li>Click \u2018Next\u2019 and complete the transaction.<\/li><li>Review the details and confirm the transaction.<\/li><li>You\u2019ll receive an SMS and email notification that the transaction has been completed. Since you\u2019ve paid with a PRN, the payment will be instantly posted to your account. You can confirm it by logging in to your online SSS account. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Option 2: Pay SSS Contributions Through the Globe *143# Menu.<\/h4>\n\n\n<p>A lot of users complain about getting an error message when paying directly through the GCash app.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re experiencing the same or if you want another easy way to pay your contributions through GCash, you may try calling *143# instead.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dial and call *143# on your mobile phone<\/li><li>Type the number that corresponds to \u201cGCash\u201d and then click Send<\/li><li>Type the number that corresponds to \u201cPay Bills\u201d and then click Send<\/li><li>You\u2019ll be asked how you prefer to select the biller. Choose \u201cBy Category\u201d<\/li><li>When asked to enter biller category, choose the number that corresponds to \u201cMore\u201d<\/li><li>Choose the number that corresponds to \u201cGovernment\u201d from the list of biller categories. Click Send<\/li><li>If there\u2019s no SSS from the list of billers, select \u201cMore\u201d<\/li><li>Type the number that corresponds to \u201cSSS \u2013 PRN\u201d and then hit Send<\/li><li>For Account Type, choose \u201cPRN\u201d<\/li><li>Enter your 14-digit PRN and then click Send<\/li><li>Enter the amount<\/li><li>After GCash validates your PRN, enter your 4-digit MPIN to complete the transaction<\/li><li>You\u2019ll receive a text message to confirm that the payment has been completed. Access your online SSS account to verify that your contributions have been remitted. Take note, however, that payments made after 8 PM will be processed the next day<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I tried to pay my SSS contributions via GCash but got an error message that says: \u201ci-PRN is not found on Masterfile\u201d. What should I do?<\/h4>\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s possible that there\u2019s a file mismatch, meaning the PRN you\u2019ve provided is incomplete or you\u2019ve mistyped it. When this happens, ensure that GCash hasn\u2019t deducted any amount from your account.
