An authorised person (for example the representative taxpayer or eFiling administrator) of the organisation that can setup user groups and user rights must login and activate the service.&nbsp;<strong>Step 2:&nbsp;Activate the Tax Compliance Verification service<\/strong>Activation of the Tax Compliance Verification service is a once-off process.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once you have logged in, setup your user groups and applicable user rights in order to perform TCS verifications<\/li><li>Click on \u201cTax Status<\/li><li>Select \u201cTax Compliance Status Verification\u201d<\/li><li>Complete the activation process.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 3:&nbsp;Verify the taxpayer\u2019s TCS<\/strong>Select the \u201cNew Verification Request\u201d menu. Capture and submit the taxpayer\u2019s tax reference number and PIN number. Confirm that the taxpayer information displayed corresponds with those of the taxpayer who you intend to verify.&nbsp;The taxpayer\u2019s current tax compliance status will appear and will be colour-coded with a detailed description of what the status means.<br \/>The colour coding indicates if the taxpayer\u2019s current tax affairs are in order or not:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Red \u2013 Tax affairs are not in order and the taxpayer is not tax compliant<\/li><li>Green \u2013 Tax affairs are in order and the taxpayer is tax compliant.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will now be able to print the verification for recording purposes.
