Crossroads Application Form  – This is for our pre-tertiary programme and applies to both the Crossroads online and the Crossroad printed options. Please select the option “Individual” and the “Crossroads Programme” when completing the Crossroads online application form.

Undergraduate Application Form  – This is for all courses excluding Honours, Masters and Doctorate.

Postgraduate application form – This is for Honours, Masters and Doctorate.

Stand Alone Course Application Form – If you would prefer to complete single courses in preference to a full programme, please click on the Stand Alone Course Application Form and make your selection from the list provided in this form.

Please take extra care when completing the online application form not to use apostrophes, commas, inverted commas, brackets or slashes.
