Supply and delivery of laptops to NSFAS Students. 1) Bidders must have a BBBEE status level of contributor of 1 to 2. NB: Failure to attend the compulsory briefing session will result in automatic disqualification of the bid, in the event of a compulsory briefing session being advertised.

Bids must be in a sealed envelope and a clearly marked with a bid number and description of the bid. Bids must be placed in the NSFAS office Tender Box. NSFAS, 1st Floor, House Vincent, 10 Brodie Road, Wynberg, Cape Town by no later than 11h00am, hereafter bids will be opened in public in the NSFAS Main Boardroom at 11h15.

Further note the following:
1. NSFAS will apply its Supply Chain Management Policy and, where the policy is silent, will apply the respective National Treasury Regulations.
2. The bid will be evaluated and adjudicated in terms of the 80/20- or 90/10-point system as prescribed by the PPPFA, 05 of 2000
3. Tenders must be submitted with the Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
4. NSFAS does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
5. Late bids, as well as faxed, e-mailed or tenders submitted via telegram will not be accepted.
6. All bidders are required to be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database.
