CONTACT CENTRE

Nsfas call centre : The contact centre is a vital component of NSFAS’ student-centred model and is the primary source of contact for students. The contact centre’s vision is to become a centre of excellence by being accessible, transparent and reliable to all our stakeholders.

This relates to the goal of delivering the best possible experience to each business customer. We continuously aim to improve positive word-of-mouth conversation amongst our students. Student satisfaction ratings are among the specific metrics used to evaluate the performance of the NSFAS call centre staff. Surveys are often used with customers after phone calls to assess the level of service received to ensure continuous improvements.
