- QI am already registered at SANC, can I still apply?
- ANo, you first need to apply for a permanent position at Mediclinic and if appointed you can apply to study within the group. Click on Careers.
- QMy attachments do not upload.
- APlease check the size of your documents. If they exceed 600kb you will have to reduce them by converting it to PDF or rescan them in black and white.
- QHow can I check my registration status once applied?
- AYou need to log onto your profile and select “my applications”. A list of your applications will appear.
- QWhen can I expect to receive feedback after registration?
- AFeedback will be provided three weeks after the registration closing date.
- QDoes Mediclinic accept off-line applications?
- ANo
- QCan I apply for more than one centre/programme?
- ANo, you are only allowed to apply for one area and one programme.
- QMust all applicants attach a SAQA letter?
- ANo, only if you obtain your Grade 12 certificate / senior certificate outside of South Africa.
- QWhat does citizenship mean?
- AIf you were not born in South Africa it means that you are a foreigner and in order to get citizenship you will have to apply for citizenship from the Department of Home Affairs to be able to obtain a South African Identity Number.
- QWhat do I do if I cannot sign into my account because I have forgotten my password?
- AClick on Sign in, and then click on Login difficulties? And complete the required information. The system will send you a “Forgotten Password Recovery” email containing a link. Please click on the link to reset your password. This link is only valid for 12 hours after which it expires.
- QWhat do I do if I have submitted the forgotten password, but I receive an email to say that my email address is not recognised?
- AThe system cannot find a registered profile with your email address. Try signing in with every email address you’ve owned (one at a time). You may have added an email address to your account and forgotten about it. If you still can’t remember the email address, click on Sign in and then on Login difficulties? Then click on the “Forgotten email?” link and complete the required information. A notification of your query will be sent to us.

- QI am trying to register a new profile and the system says that my email address already exists.
- AThis means that you have a registered profile. If you cannot remember the password click on Sign in, and then on Login difficulties? And complete the required information. The system will send you a “Forgotten Password Recovery” email containing a link. Please click on the link to reset your password. This email is only valid for 12 hours after which it expires.
- QI no longer have access to my email address I registered with.

Complete the required information and in the “Other identifying Information” input of the form, provide your new email address. A notification of your query will be sent to us. We will provide you with a security code, and you will receive an email containing a link to a web page where you can reset your password once you have typed in the security code to validate yourself.
- QWhat to do if I get error messages?
- AEnsure that all required fields have been completed and are in the correct format. Please refresh your computer or please try the process on another computer.
- QHow do I make the registration payment, and how much is it?
- ABanking details and payment amount required will only be sent out to qualifying applicants after the applications have been processed. Payment needs to be done and uploaded to profile by closing date.
- QWill Mediclinic phone me to inform me of the psychometric assessment date?
- ANo, you will be invited via e-mail only. Please check your status and e-mails on a regular basis.
