Step 1: Go to SSS website and log in with your SSS online account
Type in your registered user ID and password in the space provided, then submit. Be careful when entering your password as it is case sensitive.Unfortunately, there are instances where the government’s website will show you error similar to the one in the photo below. According to SSS, the problem occur when the member is using unsupported web browsers such as google chrome and firefox. For smooth, optimal viewing and functionality, SSS recommends using Internet Explorer.
To solve this issue you need to click the shield-like icon located at the upper left corner next to the address bar. In the options link choose the “disable protection for now.” The website will automatically refresh to show the right info.
Step 2: Check the Navigation Bar and Go to Inquiry Page
There are four choices for you in this step. These are viewing your member info, generating Payment Reference Number or PRN, Inquiry, and accessing the E-Services. Since you want to know your sss contribution, you need to choose the Inquiry tab. In the navigation bar, choose “Inquiry.”
Step 3: Go to Inquiry drop-down menu and Choose Contributions
While at the Inquiry page, there are available choices for you depending on the information you want to view. There are “benefits, and contributions.”
Since you want to check your SSS Contribution online on the SSS website, then you should go to “contributions” in the drop-down menu.
Step 4: View your monthly SSS Contributions
In this page you will be able to view your contributions from the date you started your payment or from the date your employer started remitting your contributions from your salary.
It will also show the amount you pay every month. Plus the total number of contributions in months, and total contribution amount in Philippine pesos.
Login to your My.SSS account at www.sss.gov.ph website occasionally to determine if your present employer is consistently remitting your monthly SSS contribution. As a voluntary member, you can also do the same. Another reason is to keep you updated with your current monthly contribution amount.
