A 5-STEP Guide for PRC-NOA Application.
Step 1: Register and Log-in Online (online1.prc.gov.ph/) NOTE: Prepare 1 Govt Valid ID and Cedula
Step 2: Fill-up the Application Form: Access the link for a step-by-step guide. (http://online1.prc.gov.ph/…/LERIS-ONLINE-STEP-BY-STEP.pdf)
Step 3: Book your appointment and pay it ASAP through Landbank or other available options then print your application form. (You’ll be prioritized during the appointment date.)
Step 4: Assess your requirements:1) Original and Photocopy NSO/PSA birth certificate2) Original and Photocopy NSO/PSA Marriage Contract for Female Married Applicants3) Original and certified true copy of Transcript of Records with your picture. Ask your registrar to give you a TOR for board exam purposes with your picture printed in the TOR. Also, the TOR should have the Special Order number printed. If your school is exempted from issuing SO number, you need to get from your registrar the Certificate of Authentication and Validation from CHED.4) Original and photocopy of a Valid NBI clearance5) Three (3) notarized certificates of good moral character preferably from your employer, school, church leader, baranggay captain.6) At least 2 colored passport size pictures with white background and name tag7) At least 2 Documentary Stamps 8 ) Metered Envelope (Needed during the exam)Step 5: Wait and Claim you Notice of Admission (Don’t forget to check the details).
The Notice of Admission (NOA) is an important document issued to you by PRC upon applying for the licensure exam.
After taking the exam, you need to present it again to the PRC either to enter the premises for the initial registration or to apply as a repeater after failing the exam.
In case you’ve lost it, there are three ways to ask assistance from PRC so you can get a new one:
- Personally go to the PRC office or service center where you applied for the exam.
- Reach out via email: prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com (PRC Help Desk), prc.application@gmail.com (Exam Application), or prc.reg@gmail.com (Initial Registration and Renewal of License).
- Call the PRC hotline numbers at 310-00-26 or 310-10-4 during working hours (8 AM to 5 PM), Monday to Friday.
