Requirements for the CITI Bank Graduate Learnership Programme

Kindly note that prospective applicants need to satisfy all the requirements of the CITI Bank Graduate Learnership Programme in order for their application to be considered.

The prospective applicant is required to:

• Have obtained their Undergraduate Degree, with a GPA of at least 65% or a Master’s Degree in any field. 
• Boast strong leadership and communication skills.
• Have a strong commitment towards career development as well as personal growth.  

Prospective applicants should note that:

• A maximum of 1 year’s work experience will count in his / her favour, but this is not a stringent requirement.  
• Knowledge of the global or domestic business environment will count in his / her favour, but this is not a stringent requirement.

Failure to comply with the requirements of the CITI Bank Graduate Learnership Programme will result in a rejected application.  The learnership programme will last for a period not exceeding one year.
