How do I download capitec app?

Before downloading the new app make sure you have verified your email address on your current app

If you do not have our banking app yet you will need to follow the following steps:

  • Visit your nearest branch,
  • open an account
  • verify your phone and email address 
  • we’ll send you an SMS with a link in it to download the app.
  • Once downloaded, just install and activate the app.
