What is CPF e submission?
CPF e–Submission is a free service provided by CPF Board where employers can submit their employees’ CPF contribution details and make payment electronically. Employers are strongly encouraged to use CPF e–Submit@web to e–submit their CPF contribution details and make payment via Direct Debit
When should I submit CPF?
CPF e-Submission
The due date for CPF contribution is on the last day of the calendar month. Enforcement action may be taken against employers who fail to pay by the 14th of the following month (or the next working day if the 14th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday)
How to Submit CPS
You can make back payments into your employees’ CPF accounts through CPF e-Submit@web or Provident and Tax (PAT).
A) Via CPF e-Submit@web
- Login to our CPF e-Submit by selecting either CorpPass or SingPass, and key in your CPF Submission Number (CSN).
- In the main menu page, select Submit Contribution> CPF e-Submit@web.
- Key in the Month and Year.
- Select Submit via Blank Form (No auto-computation of CPF).
- Enter the contribution details for the affected employee.
- After completing all of the contribution details and the summary portion, click on Continue.
- Confirm submission by clicking on your pre-arranged payment mode with the Board. (“Direct Debit” or “E-Payment”)
B) Via PAT You can also make shortfall payment and back-dated CPF Payment Advice submission for the last five years and the current year of CPF contribution through the PAT system.
