Dost scholarship application form 2025/2026

Register online to the S&T E-Scholarship Application System. Only the qualified registrants can complete the application requirements until August 28, 2020.

What: Availability of the 2025/2026 DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Program

Deadline for Completion of Requirements: August 28, 2020

Examination Date: October 25, 2020

Who may apply:

  1. Natural-born Filipino citizen;
  2. Member of the STEM strand senior high school graduating class;
  3. Member of the top five percent (5%) of the Non-STEM strand senior high school graduating class;

Process of Application: Online application thru https://www.science-scholarships.ph/undergrad_app/

Steps

  1. Go to the S&T E-Scholarship Application System at https://www.science-scholarships.ph/jlss_app/ and answer TRUTHFULLY the questionnaire. Your answers will determine whether you are eligible to apply for the S&T scholarships or not. The complete eligibility requirements, and other pertinent information regarding the scholarship programs, can be found at http://sei.dost.gov.ph/index.php/programs-and-projects/scholarships/undergraduate-scholarships#junior-level-science-scholarships
  2. Fill-out all the requested information and download the generated forms.
    The forms are as follows:
    Form C – Certificate of Good Moral Character
    Form D – Certificate of Good Health
    Form E – Certificate of Program of Study and Year Level
    Form F – Certificate of Residency
    Form G – Commitment to Return of Service
    Form H – Applicant’s Certification
    Form I – Signed Declaration
    The system will issue an Application ID that you will use to access the system anytime to complete your application.
  3. Scan fully accomplished forms and other documentary requirements and upload in the S&T E-Scholarship Application System using your Application ID. INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS AFTER THE DEADLINE MEANS UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICATION!
  4. All qualified applicants will receive their test permit via email 3 weeks prior to the examination date. Download and print the test permit and present it to the Examiner in your designated Test Center on the examination date. Applicants without test permit will not be allowed to take the scholarship examination.
