How to Register for PRC Online Account
The first of your PRC online application steps is registering for an account. To find out how to apply for PRC online, read the procedures below.
PRC Requirements for Online Registration
- Active email address
- Mobile number
- Valid ID
- Personal information, including education and employment details
- Recent 2×2 ID photo (in JPG format and plain white background, with the applicant wearing decent attire with a collar)
PRC Online Registration Steps
- Visit the PRC LERIS website. If you still have an account from www.prc-online.com, you must know that it’s no longer active. You need to sign up for a new account at www.online.prc.gov.ph.
- Read the terms of service on the right side of the page. When you’re done, click the I Agree button.
- Enter your personal details (under the Registration tab) as indicated in your Notice of Admission (NOA) or PRC ID.
- Enter your email address and password (at least six characters consisting of numbers, letters, and special characters). Type your password again to confirm it.
- Review your details, check the box next to “I’m not a robot,” and click the Register button.
- Log in to your account. Under the Sign In tab, enter your email address and password. Check the box next to “I’m not a robot,” and click the Sign In button.
- Provide your details. Click the Profile tab on the left side of the page and provide your personal information, contact details, family background, and data on your education, employment, and valid ID. The fields in red asterisk are required. When you’re done, click the Save Information button.
- Upload your photo. Read the photo requirements and click the Proceed button. Click the Choose File button to choose the photo to upload. Lastly, click the Upload Image button.
Now that your PRC online registration or LERIS online application is complete, you’re ready to perform any online transaction available at the PRC LERIS. Read more about them below.
PRC Appointment and Online Exam Application Steps
Use the PRC online application system to set an an appointment and apply for a PRC licensure examination.
How to Apply for Board Exam in PRC
- Sign in to your PRC online account.
- Click the Select Transaction button on the right side.
- Click the Examination tab.
- Choose the name, type, date, and place of examination.
- Click the Proceed button.
- Set your PRC online appointment by choosing your preferred PRC regional office. The system will give you an appointment date and time.
– If you’re okay with the schedule, click the Proceed button.
– If you’d like to change the schedule, click the Reschedule button, choose a new appointment date, state your reason for the reschedule, and click the Confirm button. - Your transaction summary will appear on the screen. Click the Submit button to save the transaction.
- Choose a payment channel and click the Submit button.
- Review your transaction details and payment summary. Tick the small box underneath to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Enter your ATM account number and Joint Account Indicator (the two-digit number at the lower right corner of your ATM card).
- Click your ATM PIN on the PIN pad.
- After, click the Submit button.
- Select the OK button to confirm payment.
- Choose the Print button to print your payment confirmation slip.
- Then, click the Existing Transaction button on the left side. Click the Print Document button to print your accomplished PRC Exam Application Form.
- Affix your signature on the form.
Once you’re done with your PRC online application, go to your chosen PRC regional office or service center on your scheduled appointment and submit your printed application form and other licensure exam requirements.

PRC Online Application for Initial Registration Steps
It’s easy to get a professional identification card (also called the PRC ID) for the first time if you do it online.
How to File PRC ID Online for New Board Passers
- Sign in to your PRC online account.
- Click the Select Transaction button on the right side.
- Click the Initial Registration tab.
- Choose your profession.
- Enter your application number as indicated in your NOA (Notice of Admissions) or licensure exam application form.
- Click the Proceed button.
- Set an appointment by choosing your preferred PRC regional office. The system will give you an appointment date and time.

A few reminders ✅
On your scheduled appointment, submit your printed oath form and the following requirements to your chosen PRC regional office or service center:
- Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
- Two documentary stamps
- Two passport-size photos in white background and with a full name tag
Initial registration applicants are also required to attend the oath-taking ceremony before claiming their PRC ID card and Certificate of Registration on the same day.
