Can I Check my PhilHealth Contribution Online?

How to check PhilHealth contribution online

To access PhilHealth’s Member Inquiry facility, you have to register for an online member account first. Simply go to the online account registration form, enter your basic information (including your PhilHealth number), answer the security questions, type the security code, and click Submit. Then you’ll need to activate your account by clicking on the link in the email from the PhilHealth Member Information System.

Once you’ve activated your online account, you can already check your PhilHealth contributions using the Member Inquiry facility.

  1. Go to the PhilHealth website at www.philhealth.gov.ph.
  2. Log in to the Member Inquiry facility by entering your PIN and password (from the activation email.)
  3. Answer the security question.
  4. The Member Static Information page will appear. Click on Premium Contributions below the table that shows your personal details.

The Premium Contribution page shows the following information related to your PhilHealth contributions:

  • Summary of contributions. This table shows your total contribution (total member share + total employer share) and the total number of monthly payments.
  • Contribution payment history. This table shows all your monthly government contributions since you started paying your PhilHealth contributions.

2. Making an inquiry via the Interactive Voice Response System

The Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) is a 24/7 landline telephone-based service that can handle multiple calls from PhilHealth members regarding their contribution status, membership, benefits, and other related concerns.

How to check your PhilHealth contributions using the IVRS:

Just dial 8-441-7442 and follow the instructions from the voice prompt.

Before you make a call, get your PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN) ready, as this will be required to access your records. You can find it on your PhilHealth ID card.
