if you want to verify your Pag-IBIG MID Number, you can send a text message or use the verification feature of Virtual Pag-IBIG using your RTN (Registration Tracking Number). If you do not have RTN, you can contact a Pag-IBIG Fund service agent via chat, call or email. Read the quick below to know various ways to verify your Pag-IBIG Membership ID Number.
1. Verify using RTN (Registration Tracking Number)
A. Via Text Message
You can verify your permanent Pag-IBIG ID Number by sending a text message with the following format:
IDSTAT<space>[RTN]<space><Birthdate MM/DD/YYYY>
Example: IDSTAT 912365478925 12/24/1979

B. Via Virtual Pag-IBIG website
For members who register their account online, you will be receiving the Registration Tracking Number (RTN) via text message. Use this tracking number to check know the status of your application.
To verify your MID number, on the Home page, select the Be a Member tab and click the Verify MID No button.
Fill out the form in the next window. Enter the Registration Tracking Number (RTN), your Last Name, and Date of Birth. Then, click the SUMBIT button.
A pop-up message will appear with your permanent Pag-IBIG Membership ID Number. (This MID number was received two days after online registration)
2. Chat with a Pag-IBIG Fund service agent
For any inquiries and concerns about Pag-IBIG services, you can have a chat with a Pag-IBIG Fund service agent 24/7, using the chat with us feature of Virtual Pag-IBIG.
Click the avatar on the lower right of Virtual Pag-IBIG Home page. Complete the form and select the specific concern that you want to ask or clarify. Then, click the Submit button. A Pag-IBIG service agent will get back to you to address your concern.
3. Use the Contact Us Form
You can also use the Email Us Form on Pag-IBIG Fund website for your concerns and inquiries. Fill up the form with the required information, then select your concern from the drop-down menu. You can also add some details of your inquiry or concern in the Message box.
Write the code in the blank space and click the SEND button.
4. Call Pag-IBIG Fund Hotline Number
Another way to contact Pag-IBIG Fund is by calling their Hotline Number (+632)8-724-4244. Once they receive your inquires or concerns, the processing time will be based on the nature of the concern.
6. Send an email to Pag-IBIG Fund personnel
You can also compose an email for your Pag-IBIG inquiries and concerns and send it to Pag-IBIG email address, contactus@pagibigfund.gov.ph for all members. For OFWs, you can also send your concerns to these email addresses: iog_tfssd@pagibigfund.gov.ph and ofwcenter@pagibigfund.gov.ph.
