WHERE IS CLICK AND COLLECT AVAILABLE

You can Click & Collect at all of our warehouses in Victoria (excluding Werribee), New South Wales (excluding Valley Heights and Warringah Mall), Western Australia (excluding East Victoria Park, Kalamunda), Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and ACT.

These products will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

How quickly can I collect my order after buying it online?

Click & Collect is currently unavailable at our VIC, NSW & ACT stores. VIC, NSW & ACT customers can still purchase the items they need online by using Click & Deliver and Drive & Collect. Please note that due to a high volume of online orders in lockdown areas, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order.

1. Orders placed by 4pm will be available for pick-up the next day from 9am*.

2. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day. You’ll be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

*Pick-up is not available Christmas Day or Good Friday.

How will I know my order was successful?

After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email. 

Where do I collect my item from in-store?

Your Click & Collect items will be available for collection at the dedicated online pick-up counter at the front of our store.

Can I inspect an item in-store before taking it home?

Yes, you can inspect the item before taking it home. Our standard exchange and refund policies also apply to Click & Collect. 

What if I change my mind after paying for my item?

You can easily cancel your order post-purchase. Please contact Bunnings Customer Support on 1800 797 586 to cancel an order between 5am and 12pm AEST daily.
